Booklink is an online booking system built by Tora Technologies that gives service providers a shareable booking link where clients choose a service, pick a team member, select an available time, and book instantly. When a booking is confirmed, the integration automatically creates a SARS-compliant invoice or quote in Rebill, including the client's name, service description, and amount with 15% VAT. From there, Rebill handles payment collection via Paystack, Yoco, or PayFast, WhatsApp invoice delivery, automatic payment reminders, and late fee automation. The integration is ideal for hair salons, barbers, beauty therapists, personal trainers, consultants, and other service businesses that need both scheduling and invoicing. Booklink Pro costs R79/month; Rebill Free or Premium plans are supported.
